For piercing and permanent jewelry appointments, the parent/legal guardian must be present for the entire duration of the appointment. If you are booking a piercing appointment for someone under the age of 18, please bring the appropriate ID for yourself and the minor to verify being the parent/legal guardian and that last names match.
