When booking piercing appointments, please keep in mind:

Minor Piercing Policy:

Must be at least 10 years of age for Lobe piercings. A parent/legal guardian must accompany the minor. 

Required Documentation:

• 18 and over and Parent/legal guardian must bring their state-issued ID or passport.

• The minor must have either state-issued ID (passport, driver's license, learner's permit) or birth certificate and photo ID (such as school ID card)

• If the parent/legal guardian and minor do not share the same last name, we require official proof of guardianship such as birth certificate, court documents, marriage certificate, or name change documents.
